## About the Role

* Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field & 10 years of Finance or Accounting experience; OR an Advanced degree and 8 years of Finance or Accounting experience
 * Experience in preparing and reviewing Estimates at Completion (EACs)
 * Experience with APEX, PRISM, EDIT+, and/or other related program execution tools
 * Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
 * U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements., * Strong track record of building high performing teams and developing employees
 * Demonstrated ability to be proactive, creative, and innovative and use critical and strategic thinking
 * Sound analytical, problem identification, and problem-solving skills
 * Demonstrated ability to influence others
 * Experience with government contracting, DoD or Aerospace
 * Broad understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and the Cost Accounting Standards (CAS).
 * Experience with Microsoft Office
 * Excellent oral and written communication skills
