Marketing Performance Measurement And Management, The Director of Marketing Analytics Engineering & Data Products will serve as the primary owner of marketing-focused analytical data architecture and will act as the key bridge between Marketing Analytics, Customer Experience, Insights, Data Science and the centralized Enterprise Data organization.

Unlike a traditional data engineering leadership role, this position focuses on creating trusted, reusable, governed analytical data products and ensuring marketing teams have the data foundation required to support decision making, forecasting, marketing measurement, journey orchestration, customer experience analytics and executive reporting.

The successful candidate will help define:

 - What marketing and experience data should reside in Snowflake.

 - How data should flow between marketing platforms and enterprise systems.

 - What data products are needed across analytics teams.

 - How data pipelines should be structured.

 - How scorecards, dashboards and models should consume data.

 - How future customer journey orchestration capabilities will be supported.

This individual will partner heavily with Enterprise Data, who owns Snowflake, while representing the needs of Marketing, Experience and Analytics teams.

Initially this role is highly hands-on and individual contributor oriented, with potential to build and lead an Analytics Engineering team over time as organizational needs evolve., Power BI
