* 5-8 years of professional software engineering experience.
 * Strong experience building production web applications with Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
 * Deep understanding of React fundamentals, including Hooks, component architecture, state management, and performance optimization.
 * Hands-on experience with Next.js, including the App Router and server-side rendering (SSR).
 * Strong understanding of modern frontend architecture and best practices.
 * Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with authentication and authorization flows.
 * Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, SEO, and frontend performance optimization.
 * Experience writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
 * Experience with frontend testing and software quality practices.
 * Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is desirable.
 * Ability to participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and collaborative Agile environments.
 * Strong communication and collaboration skills.
 * Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with US-based clients and cross-functional teams.
