The Data Analyst will support high-profile remediation and hyperscale data center projects by developing metric tools, dashboards, and reporting processes that improve efficiency, performance, and operational visibility., * Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field; equivalent experience considered. * 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a related field. * Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. * Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable information. * Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with project and operational leadership. Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting construction, electrical, industrial, or data center projects. * Experience developing performance metrics, dashboards, or operational reporting tools. * Familiarity with project management, ERP, scheduling, timekeeping, or construction management systems. * Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume project environment.
