In this role, you will support the day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, AWS, Windows Server, and core infrastructure services while developing hands-on experience across network and systems operations. This role reports directly to the Manager, Network & Systems Operations and operates within established infrastructure standards. The position is designed for a developing administrator who can work independently on routine tasks while escalating complex technical, security, and infrastructure issues to senior team members.
