Skills: Strong leadership, budget tracking, technical writing, and conflict-resolution capabilities. ## Description Our client which is a Pharmaceutical Org is looking to hire Sr. Agile Project Manager. ( W2 or Salaried ), Audit Management: Plan, schedule, and lead internal and external compliance audits, including ISO and HWW, financial and tax compliance services ISO Compliance: Oversee projects ensuring full alignment with ISO frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001), managing documentation and corrective action tracking. Project Delivery: Develop detailed project plans, define scopes, manage project budgets, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure milestones are met on time. Experience in handling Agile methodologies such as Scrum Risk & Issue Resolution: Perform proactive risk assessments, identify compliance gaps, and direct multi-disciplinary teams through effective remediation strategies.
