## About the Role

Requirements * At least 2 years of experience in human resources, recruiting, staffing, or a closely related function.

 * Working knowledge of HRIS platforms, including HRIS analysis, implementation support, or administration; experience with UltiPro HRIS is valuable.

 * Strong organizational skills with careful attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.

 * Comfortable supporting hiring activity in manufacturing and distribution settings and spending time in both environments.

 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and calendar scheduling tools.

 * Ability to handle sensitive employee and candidate information with professionalism and confidentiality.

## Description

Robert Half is looking for an HRIS Coordinator to support human resources operations in a hands-on, onsite role. This part-time, contract opportunity with potential for a permanent position is ideal for someone who can balance recruiting coordination, onboarding support, and day-to-day HR administration while adapting to changing business needs. The position works closely with HR leadership to help deliver a positive candidate and employee experience in a fast-moving manufacturing and distribution environment., * Build familiarity with plant and distribution center roles so job expectations can be accurately communicated to applicants.

 * Arrange interviews by coordinating schedules, preparing meeting details, and ensuring hiring teams have the information they need.

 * Welcome candidates onsite and help create a welcoming, positive experience throughout the hiring process.

 * Maintain communication with applicants, provide timely updates, and explain next steps from interview through offer stage.

 * Present job offers and guide selected candidates through pre-employment steps and onboarding requirements.

 * Complete new employee processing in HR systems, including electronic employment verification and onboarding documentation.

 * Lead orientation activities and help new employees prepare for a successful first day.

 * Keep employee files organized and up to date while supporting HR records administration with accuracy and discretion.

 * Assist with employee engagement efforts, department projects, and general administrative tasks as business needs evolve.
