## About the Role

* 3+ years of experience with cybersecurity, system security engineering, or defensive cyber operations
 * Experience with RMF, NIST 800-53, and DoD cybersecurity standards
 * Experience with vulnerability scanners, SIEM tools, endpoint protections, or log platforms
 * Experience with application security or sof tware security engineering
 * Knowledge of DevSecOps best practices
 * Knowledge of code scanning tools
 * Ability to secure and harden Windows or Linux systems
 * Secret clearance
 * Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

 * Experience with eMASS, XACTA, STIG Viewer, and SCAP tools
 * Experience with scripting, including Python, PowerShell, or Bash
 * Experience in classified environments and the DoD network
 * Ability to conduct vulnerability scanning, STIG hardening, and remediation tracking
 * TS/SCI clearance
 * Cybersecurity Certification s such as Security+, CySA+, CASP+, CISSP, GSEC, or similar Certification s
