Experience:

 * Proven experience as an ETL Developer or in a similar role.
 * Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as [e.g., Datafactory, Tableau, PowerBI].
 * Strong proficiency in SQL and database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).

## Description

ETL Design & Development:

 * Develop and implement ETL processes to extract data from various sources, transform it as per business requirements, and load it into target systems.
 * Design and develop complex SQL queries, scripts, and procedures to support data transformation and manipulation.

Data Integration:

 * Integrate data from multiple sources including databases, flat files, APIs, and cloud services.
 * Ensure seamless data flow between systems while maintaining data quality and consistency.

Performance Optimization:

 * Optimize ETL processes for performance, scalability, and reliability.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve ETL performance issues, data discrepancies, and failures.

Data Quality & Validation:

 * Implement data validation and cleansing processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
 * Monitor ETL jobs and workflows to ensure data loads are completed successfully and in a timely manner.

Documentation & Reporting:

 * Create and maintain detailed documentation for ETL processes, workflows, and data mappings.
 * Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into ETL performance and data quality.

Collaboration:

 * Work closely with business analysts and data scientists to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
 * Participate in data architecture and design discussions to ensure alignment with overall data strategy.
