You'll work directly with customers to solve complex technical problems while building the software that makes those solutions scalable. This is a unique hybrid role. Roughly half your time will be spent working directly with customers, onboarding teams, supporting enterprise implementations, and partnering with Sales and Customer Success on technical engagements. The other half will be spent building software-shipping features, automating workflows, improving our platform, and owning engineering projects from design through deployment.
