## Description

We are looking for an Expert Scrum Master to join a high-impact team operating within the public sector. If you are passionate about Agile transformation, team empowerment, and delivering value through collaboration, this opportunity is for you.
You'll play a key role in guiding teams toward Agile excellence, ensuring best practices, and driving continuous improvement across projects.
Your Responsibilities

 * Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
 * Act as a servant leader, coaching teams toward autonomy and high performance
 * Promote Agile mindset and best practices across stakeholders
 * Collaborate with Product Owners and teams to ensure delivery of value
 * Remove blockers and ensure smooth sprint execution
 * Support Agile maturity and continuous improvement initiatives
