Essential skills: * Java development experience. * REST and SOAP web services. * API development and integration. * SQL and relational databases. * XML, JSON, XSD. * Messaging technologies and event-driven architectures. * Git and CI/CD practices. * Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or Guidewire Cloud) is a strong advantage. Desired skills: Insurance Domain Knowledge * Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance processes. * Knowledge of policy administration, claims management, and billing processes. * Experience working within insurance transformation programs is highly desirable.
