## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Medizin-)Informatik, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, eine Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
 * Erfahrung in der Anwendungsbetreuung, idealerweise im Umfeld von Krankenhausinformationssystemen.
 * Grundlegendes Verständnis für medizinische oder administrative Abläufe im Krankenhauswesen von Vorteil.
 * Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein.
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit.
 * Freude am Austausch mit unterschiedlichen Berufsgruppen und am Arbeiten an der Schnittstelle von IT und Healthcare.

## Description

* First- und Second-Level-Support für das Krankenhausinformationssystem (KIS) sowie angrenzende Subsysteme.
 * Analyse, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von digitalen Arbeitsprozessen in den medizinischen und administrativen Bereichen.
 * Konfiguration, Pflege und Anpassung des KIS-Systems an neue fachliche und gesetzliche Anforderungen.
 * Schnittstelle zwischen den internen Anwenderinnen und Anwendern (Pflege, Ärztlicher Dienst, Verwaltung) sowie externen Softwareherstellern.
 * Erstellung von Systemdokumentationen, Schulungsunterlagen und Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen.
 * Mitarbeit in innovativen IT-Projekten zur Digitalisierung des Klinik Alltags.
