Nice to have: * Experience with MDM systems or enterprise device management. * Familiarity with data analysis or analytics tooling. * Experience with Windows-based services and server environments. * Experience building and deploying LLM, GenAI, or agentic systems in production - not only demos or prototypes. * Familiarity with LLM application patterns: tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), orchestration, context management, evaluation, and guardrails. * Experience integrating AI systems with Zendesk, Intercom, CRM systems, knowledge bases, or internal business tools. * Proficiency in Python in addition to TypeScript. ## Description We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer (f/m/d) who wants to do more than ship tickets. You'll take real ownership of core parts of our backend, from architecture decisions to production. Alongside that, you will design and build production-grade AI systems that power deeploi's intelligent IT workflows, taking manual work off our customers' and our support team's plates.
