We organize creative workshops and community events that help people feel at home, build friendships, and find their place in civic life. We're now launching a new initiative to better understand and grow our impact through data-driven insights. Our events are managed through Eventbrite, and we want to use data analysis to understand participation trends, engagement levels, and audience reach - helping us make our programs even more inclusive and effective. That's why we're looking for a dedicated volunteer to lead our Data Analysis for Eventbrite project. This role will turn event data into actionable insights that guide our strategy, communication, and community building. What You'll Be Doing * Collect, clean, and organize event data from Eventbrite and related platforms * Build dashboards or visual reports to track attendance, demographics, and engagement * Analyze trends over time - e.g., which types of events attract new participants * Collaborate with our communications and program teams to translate findings into action * Suggest improvements to event promotion and community engagement based on data * Share short, clear updates and insights with the team regularly This is a hands-on role with lots of autonomy - but you'll work closely with a supportive, mission-driven team that values collaboration and creativity.
