This role is responsible for ensuring the system effectively supports end-to-end packaging workflows-from project setup through approvals and final release-while enabling seamless collaboration across Marketing, Regulatory, Packaging, and external partners. The position will focus on user onboarding & training, system support, workflow optimization, and leading new feature enhancements to continuously improve how the client's teams manage artwork and approvals. This is a part-time role, integrated with the broader SGx / onsite team supporting the client. Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Administration & Workflow Management * Manage user roles, permissions, and access across global and regional stakeholders * Monitor workflow performance and identify opportunities for improved efficiency * Generate Monthly artwork KPI & SLA reports.
