* Strong hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Data Science and statistical modelling.
 * Proficiency in Python, SQL, and relevant ML frameworks/libraries.
 * Experience with GenAI / LLMs / Agentic AI will be highly preferred.
 * Strong understanding of data platforms, cloud technologies and ML deployment/MLOps.
 * Proven experience taking models/solutions from development through production deployment.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 * Ability to work effectively in client-facing, cross-functional squads.

* Develop and deploy machine learning and AI solutions to address business problems.
 * Perform data analysis, modelling, feature engineering and experimentation.
 * Build and productionise ML/AI models and solutions.
 * Work with large and complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
 * Apply relevant AI/ML, data and cloud technologies across end-to-end solutions.
 * Collaborate with client, consulting and engineering teams in integrated squads.
 * Monitor, optimise and enhance models and solutions in production.
 * Communicate technical findings and recommendations effectively to business and client stakeholders.
