Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively within collaborative engineering teams., Active Secret security clearance. Experience developing large-scale, complex software systems or mission-critical applications. Experience working within Agile environments using methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, Scrum at Scale, Test-Driven Development, and DevSecOps. Familiarity with continuous integration and automated testing practices. Experience leading small technical teams, including task planning, effort estimation, and progress tracking. Strong initiative and ability to independently identify, analyze, and resolve technical challenges. Experience with multithreaded applications, memory optimization, and software performance tuning. Experience using version control, configuration management, and software development tools such as Git, ClearCase, or similar platforms. Familiarity with Linux and/or Red Hat operating environments. Experience with scripting languages and automation tools, including Bash, C Shell, or similar technologies.
