Master's degree preferred. * Minimum of 7 years of experience in systems engineering, with a focus on C2, mission planning, or sensor systems. * Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and methodologies (e.g., INCOSE, IEEE). * Experience with system requirements definition, architecture development, and system integration. * Proficiency in systems engineering tools (e.g., Model-Based Systems Engineering tools, requirements management tools). * Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph., * Experience with specific C2 or mission planning systems (e.g., JEFX, JADC2, AFATDS). * Knowledge of sensor systems (e.g., radar, EO/IR, SIGINT). * Familiarity with software development processes and tools. * Experience with model-based design and simulation tools. * Understanding of cyber security principles and practices. ## Description Sr. Systems Engineer with expertise in C2 systems, command and control, mission planning and battle management systems, and/or ground, air, and space-based sensor systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering principles and methodologies, with a focus on complex, mission-critical systems. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, develop system architectures, and ensure system integration and interoperability.
