 * Knowledge of secure coding practices and modern development methodologies
 * Strong documentation and communication skills
 * Ability to obtain and maintain required government credentials, including a PIV card

## Description

Blu Omega is seeking an IRIS ObjectScript Developer to support federal healthcare initiatives. This role is responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise applications and integrations within mission-critical environments., * Design, develop, test, maintain, and enhance applications using InterSystems IRIS and ObjectScript

 * Develop ObjectScript classes, methods, routines, and business logic
 * Build and maintain data access functionality with IRIS data structures, SQL, and data models
 * Develop and support REST APIs, web services, and integrations with external systems
 * Analyze existing code and architecture to troubleshoot and implement improvements
 * Develop processes for data validation, transformation, and exchange
 * Troubleshoot application, database, API, and interface issues for resolution
 * Create automated tests and participate in code reviews, source control, and CI/CD processes
 * Optimize application performance, security, and reliability
 * Maintain technical documentation for applications and integrations
 * Collaborate with team members within an Agile environment
