## About the Role

* 7+ years of Project or Program Management experience leading complex technology initiatives.
 * 5+ years of direct experience supporting or delivering cybersecurity projects and programs.
 * Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects, often 10+ initiatives at the same time.
 * Proven track record delivering large-scale cybersecurity implementations.
 * Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, controls, and enterprise security programs.
 * Experience managing cross-functional teams and executive-level stakeholders.
 * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field.
 * Relevant Cybersecurity certifications, * 10+ years of cybersecurity-related project or program management experience.
 * PMP, PgMP, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or similar certifications.
 * Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

## Description

* Lead multiple cybersecurity projects and programs simultaneously, managing timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
 * Drive end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity initiatives from planning through implementation and operational transition.
 * Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, resource requirements, and success metrics.
 * Develop and maintain detailed project plans, governance processes, status reporting, and executive communications.
 * Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues while ensuring alignment with organizational security objectives.
 * Partner closely with cybersecurity leadership, security engineering teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
 * Coordinate work across multiple teams and ensure effective prioritization and resource utilization.
 * Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder communications.
 * Promote best practices in project management, governance, and cybersecurity program execution.
 * Mentor and influence project team members while fostering collaboration and accountability.
