## About the Role

* 14+ years of engineering experience with Bachelor's, 10+ years with Master's, or 7+ years with PhD
 * Proven experience designing composite and/or metallic aircraft or spacecraft structures
 * Proven track record bringing airframe structures from design into production
 * Strong technical leadership experience
 * Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance is required - Proficiency with CREO and NX CAD Modeling and drawing or MBD is preferred
 * Ability to document, trade, and communicate pro/cons of structural designs based on performance/DFM/DFC is preferred

## Description

Insight Global is seeking an Airframe Design Supervisor for a top aerospace and defense client. This candidate will lead a team of engineers responsible for the design, development, production support, and continuous improvement of aircraft structural systems. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in metallic and composite airframe structures, technical leadership experience, and a proven track record of transitioning designs into production.
