Microsoft 365 & Modern Workplace Ownership * Experience leading and supporting Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and identity management integrations. * Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 modernization initiatives focused on enhancing collaboration, security, compliance, and end-user experience. * Experience developing and implementing governance frameworks for collaboration platforms, data protection, information lifecycle management, external sharing, and AI-enabled technologies. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and data governance best practices. * Demonstrated ability to drive adoption and organizational utilization of emerging Microsoft technologies and cloud-based productivity solutions. * Strong understanding of change management, user adoption strategies, and digital workplace transformation initiatives. * Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to align Microsoft 365 capabilities with business objectives and operational needs.
