## Description

Total Solutions is looking for a Systems/Network Administrator to join our Professional Services department! We're searching for an experienced I.T. Administrator to handle our most advanced work in a fast-paced work environment. The candidate will need to be able to assist in managing implementation and integration projects. This is a hands-on position, so candidates should be interested in working outside of the typical office structure, with up to 50% travel to local clients and remote work opportunities., * Microsoft Active Directory general management, administration, and troubleshooting

 * Group Policy creation, application, and troubleshooting; including folder redirection and file & print shares
 * Configuration of TCP/IP and DNS in Active Directory domains, and public DNS records
 * Assist with configuration and deployment of new physical servers and Hyper-V virtualized servers
 * Assist with the migration of software, services, and data to new servers with Windows Server operating systems
 * Migration of software and data to new workstations with Windows and macOS operating systems
 * Management of Microsoft 365 services including Entra, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
 * Assist with the migration of email and data from various platforms
 * Assist with configuration and implementation of firewalls, switches, and wireless, including VLANs
 * Collaborate with team members to ensure a swift and seamless resolution
 * Use our documentation program to search for procedures and meet company standards; note documentation that is out of date or incorrect as our solutions evolve
