## About the Role

* 2+ years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production systems.
 * Proficiency across the full stack: React/Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and Go.
 * Experience designing, building, or consuming APIs at scale.
 * Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, Heroku, or Docker.
 * Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where priorities shift and you figure things out as you go.
 * A belief that speed and quality are not trade-offs, you find ways to deliver both.
 * Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to continuous learning.
 * A collaborative mindset: technically strong and easy to work with.
 * Background in startup or early-stage company environments is a plus.
 * Familiarity with messaging platforms, telecommunications infrastructure, or communication APIs (SMS, RCS, voice) is a bonus.

## Description

You'll be a core engineer on a fast-moving team building a SaaS messaging platform, owning features end-to-end from APIs and interfaces to the infrastructure underneath. Reporting directly to the CTO, you'll stay close to customers and leadership and understand the "why" behind every decision., * Build and ship product across the full stack using React/Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and Go, moving fast without sacrificing quality.

 * Own features from conception through deployment, with direct visibility into customer needs and business impact.
 * Work across every layer of the stack, diving in wherever the work takes you.
 * Collaborate closely with a small team where there is no bureaucracy between you and the work.
 * Ship code daily while maintaining clean, functional standards and continuously improving your craft.
