The role partners closely with Total Rewards leaders and stakeholders across HR, Finance, Legal, HR Technology, HR Service Delivery to ensure strategic priorities are effectively translated into scalable solutions, disciplined execution plans and sustainable operating models. In addition, the role retains responsibility for compensation support of Danaher's corporate functions, providing compensation consultation, analytics and program administration support to functional leadership teams. This position reports to the Senior Director, Global Compensation, is part of the Global Total Rewards team, and is fully remote within the United States, with preference for candidates located in the Eastern or Central time zones. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Drive Transformation and Operating Model Excellence * Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Total Rewards operating models, governance structures, and transformation initiatives to improve effectiveness, scalability, and stakeholder experience. Enable Enterprise Governance and Strategic Execution * Develop and maintain governance frameworks that support enterprise decision-making, prioritization, risk management, and execution across the Total Rewards portfolio. * Facilitate executive reviews, steering committees, operating reviews, and leadership updates to drive visibility, accountability, and alignment.
