Validate billing transactions and ensure accurate billing amounts, pricing, rates, fees, and costing. Test automated billing triggers and changes to billing documents Analyze billing discrepancies and perform initial root-cause investigation. Create, document, and retest defects using tools such as Jira/ Service Now Perform data validation using SAP transactions and Database queries. Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production validation. Work closely with functional consultants, developers, business analysts, and billing teams. Maintain test scripts, test evidence, and defect documentation.
