You will ensure that architecture principles, standards, decision flows, and review mechanisms are embedded in the organization and applied consistently across strategic programs, IT projects, and architecture communities. As custodian of architecture governance, you will make architecture decisions transparent, traceable, and aligned with business and IT strategy. Working across federated architecture teams and governance functions, you will shift architecture involvement from late-stage approval towards early-stage advisory - combining governance discipline with pragmatic business enablement.
