3+ years of experience in Applied AI / Machine Learning (industry)
Strong Software Engineering background (Python preferred)
Hands-on experience building GenAI applications, xqbhyrx RAG pipelines, and agent-based systems
Experience with LangChain / LangGraph or Google ADK (or similar)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Strong communication skills and a builder mindset
Nice to have: Vertex AI, Gemini, LangSmith, Docker / Kubernetes, CI/CD and MLOps practices
