## About the Role

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, This role is ideal for someone who has experience in Application Support with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

You'll thrive in this role if you:

 * Have 2-5 years in IT application support or engineering
 * Have working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (preferably Dynamics 365 CE)
 * Have strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure services
 * Have hands-on experience with Office 365 administration
 * Have proficiency in Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate)
 * Are familiar with PowerShell scripting and automation
 * Have solid problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
 * Have excellent communication and documentation abilities
 * Are experienced with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot (Copilot Studio is a strong plus)
 * Are fluent in Dutch/English or French/English
 * Are comfortable working in a highly regulated environment where security and compliance are critical

## Description

* Configure, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365 CE)
 * Provide technical support and maintenance for applications hosted on Windows Server and Microsoft Azure
 * Administer and troubleshoot Office 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive
 * Design and implement solutions using Power Platform tools: Power Apps for custom business applications & Power Automate for workflow automation
 * Collaborate with stakeholders and end users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
 * Ensure system performance, security, and compliance across cloud and hybrid environments
 * Participate in release management, testing, and deployment of updates and new features
 * Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides for internal use
 * Contribute to the management of Isabel's broader tooling ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration and support across platforms
