Preferred Skills/Qualifications: * Experience supporting aviation, UAS, or defense-related programs. * Familiarity with SATCOM systems and RF networking concepts. * Experience supporting deployed or operational environments. * CompTIA Network+ certification (preferred). * Additional relevant networking or security certifications (e.g., CCNA)., * Required: Associate degree in Information Technology, Networking, Electronics, or related field OR equivalent military/industry experience. * Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related discipline. * Relevant certifications may substitute for formal education requirements. This role serves as the technical lead fS infrastructure, ensuring reliable LOS and BLOS communications while supporting engineering and customer-driven requirements.
