## About the Role

Bachelor's with 12+ years of infrastructure/cloud engineering experience (or commensurate experience), * 8-12+ years of ServiceNow experience

 * Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture
 * Strong understanding of the CSDM framework
 * Experience in CMDB design and governance
 * Proficiency in workflow automation
 * Experience with ServiceNow AI and NowAssist
 * Hands-on expertise with Integration Hub and APIs
 * Knowledge of ITIL processes
 * Experience in JavaScript development
 * ITOM discovery and automation

Preferred Skills and Experience:

 * Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred
 * Certified Application Developer
 * Certified Implementation Specialist
 * ITIL Foundation

Clearance Required: Must have an active Secret clearance and be able to attain DEA suitability

## Description

* Design scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned to enterprise architecture goals
 * Lead implementation of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, CMDB, and automation capabilities
 * Architect CSDM-based service models and CMDB structures
 * Implement ServiceNow AI capabilities, predictive intelligence, and virtual agents
 * Automate workflows and improve operational efficiency
 * Define platform governance, integrations, and development standards
 * Support roadmap planning and platform maturity assessments
 * Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems and cloud environments
