## Description

* Develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications supporting large-scale distributed computing clusters.
 * Support mission-critical systems across the full software development lifecycle within Linux and AWS environments.
 * Utilize containerized architectures, modern CI/CD pipelines, and high-performance data technologies including Hadoop, Accumulo, NiFi, and MongoDB., * Design, develop, integrate, test, and sustain Java-based applications within large-scale distributed computing environments.
 * Participate in all phases of the Agile software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design through deployment and sustainment.
 * Integrate and extend commercial (COTS) and government off-the-shelf (GOTS) software technologies.
 * Build and deploy containerized services and microservices using modern CI/CD practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
 * Perform code reviews, architectural evaluations, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
 * Support operational systems, troubleshoot complex defects, and assist with Tier III on-call engineering support.
 * Develop and maintain software components using languages including Java, C/C++, Python, and Bash on Linux platforms.
 * Interface with distributed datastores and messaging technologies such as Apache Hadoop, Accumulo, NiFi, ActiveMQ, and MongoDB.
