 * Required certification in AWS (Solutions Architect, Developer, SysOps), Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), or Elastic

## Description

* Provide site reliability engineering and Tier 1 through 3 operations support for a cloud environment platform built on Kubernetes, Hadoop, Accumulo, and Java.
 * Maintain day-to-day operational stability and deliver troubleshooting repair expertise for managed analytics infrastructure., * Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure system stability in an enterprise Linux environment.
 * Support cloud platforms and services utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, Hadoop, and Accumulo.
 * Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Bash.
 * Monitor platform health and metrics using Prometheus, Grafana, and JIRA.
 * Utilize configuration management tools including Ansible and Salt for infrastructure maintenance.
 * Provide on-call Tier 1 through Tier 3 technical support and operational incident resolution.
