## About the Role

* Active Secret Clearance
 * Bachelor's degree ( or equivalent work experience ) in IT, Computer Science, or related field, with 4 years of experience in IT and/or field/user support roles.
 * Experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft Office.
 * Must have strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting, and experience with IT equipment setup and maintenance.
 * Possess strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
 * Must be proficient in remote IT support tools and ticketing systems.
 * Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
 * Must be willing to travel.
 * Valid Driver's License.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience supporting Office 365 environments.
 * Experience with Lexmark, HP, or Ricoh printer maintenance.
 * Prior USACE or DoD IT experience.
 * Military or Federal Government experience.
 * Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Network+, A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator).

In mission environments, downtime is not an option. As a PC Technician supporting USACE, you keep systems running, resolve issues quickly, and ensure users stay focused on their work. Your work directly supports mission continuity across critical infrastructure and engineering operations. What You Will Do

You will support day-to-day enterprise IT operations by:

 * Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop hardware and software.
 * Supporting users onsite and remotely with technical and operational needs.
 * Deploying PCs, printers, and peripherals.
 * Configuring operating systems and installing applications.
 * Troubleshooting hardware, software, and printer issues.
 * Coordinating repairs and collaborating across IT teams.
 * Managing and resolving support tickets through ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar tools.
 * Contributing to system improvements and operational reliability.
