## About the Role

* Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain higher-level access.
 * Hands-on experience developing within AFSIM or similar modeling and simulation environments.
 * Strong programming experience with Python, C/C++, and/or MATLAB.
 * Experience with M&S tools such as AFSIM, STK, NGTS, or Builder.
 * Background in software development, systems engineering, and model integration.
 * Experience with model validation, verification, and testing.
 * Security+ CE or equivalent certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Active TS/SCI clearance.
 * Experience supporting EMSO, Electronic Warfare (EW), or Nuclear Triad modeling efforts.
 * Knowledge of threat modeling, mission-level simulation, and flight path development.
 * Experience with rapid prototyping and advanced defense R&D environments.
 * Prior experience supporting DoD laboratories, warfare centers, or military simulation programs.

* Develop, customize, and integrate models within the AFSIM framework.
 * Design and implement simulation capabilities using Python, C/C++, and MATLAB.
 * Build and maintain threat models, flight path models, and Electronic Warfare (EW) effects within simulation environments.
 * Support Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) and strategic deterrence modeling initiatives.
 * Perform model integration, testing, validation, and verification activities.
 * Collaborate with Navy warfare centers, national laboratories, and industry partners to deliver advanced modeling and simulation solutions.
 * Contribute to rapid prototyping and development of next-generation simulation capabilities.
