The successful candidate will lead the design of intuitive, accessible, and user-centered Salesforce solutions that improve mission outcomes and user experiences., * U.S. Citizenship is required. * Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance. * Salesforce Certified User Experience Designer certification. * 3+ years of Salesforce UX/UI design experience. * Experience designing enterprise applications using user-centered design principles. * Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Flow Screens, and Lightning Components. * Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms. * Experience conducting user research and usability testing and translating findings into actionable design improvements. * Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, responsive design, and accessibility best practices. * Experience implementing Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS). * Working knowledge of U.S. Web Design System (USWDS). * Experience supporting Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.
