Our mission is to make Snapchat the place where real people grow as creators. Spotlight (https://www.snapchat.com/spotlight) has shown that Snapchatters will post and keep posting when the experience earns it, and this team owns that experience end to end on iOS and Android: the posting flow from tap-to-post through upload and distribution, the public profile where creators express their identity and manage their content, and the insights and notifications that tell creators what happened to a post and what to do next. We sit at the center of the creator journey, from a first Spotlight post to a growing, monetizable audience, and partner closely with cross-fundational teams to make posting something creators can bet on.
