## About the Role

A Bachelor's Degree in Information Management, Computer Technology, or related field and five (5) years of vacancy-related work experience, or vacancy-related technical school certificate and eight (8) years of work experience related to the vacancy.

Work experience must have included project management, work coordination, budget management, or cost/benefit analysis that would allow one to gain an expert knowledge of one or more technical platforms relevant to the vacancy.

May require a valid Minnesota Class D Driver's License, or equivalent out-of-state driver's license.

A combination of education and experience to equal 9 years or more can be used to qualify for the position.

## Description

* Enterprise Applications Team Coordination - Collaborate with various sections within the Enterprise Applications Team to understand progress of current projects, review any barriers to determine what decisions need to be made to move things forward and distribute work across all sections of the team.
 * Solution Consultation and Design - Partner with departments to analyze business needs, gather technology requirements, and document findings. Analyze business needs and technical requirements to develop solution approaches that align with enterprise platforms and operational needs.
 * Application Administration - Ensure platform functionality, evaluate issues and review enhancement requests, implement changes and enhancements where appropriate, monitor and apply important updates/notices from vendors.
 * Technology Request Management - Review and evaluate new requests from internal and external customers. Assign work to team members, update details and communicate with requesters across the enterprise.
 * Project coordination and support - Provide technical coordination and project support by participating in project meetings and technical workgroups, estimating the level of technical effort required for proposed solutions, and tracking software defects and enhancement requests. Partner with project managers to develop technical plans, identify dependencies and implementation risks, coordinate technical activities, and support the successful delivery of system enhancements.
