This role gathers and documents business requirements, analyzes current and future state processes, supports configuration and testing activities, and helps ensure Salesforce solutions are implemented effectively and aligned with business needs. The analyst also assists with issue resolution, user support, training documentation, and ongoing system improvements after implementation.
