The Candidate will work remotely daily and will remotely access IGS systems and therein use approved IGS provided communications systems. Travel is not required; however, the candidate may be required to attend onsite client meetings as requested. Ideal candidates will be local to the Washington D.C. Metro area in the event onsite client meetings are required. The Data Analyst will support the Digital Accessibility Program by leveraging data analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and process improvement methodologies to provide actionable insights that enhance accessibility services and program maturity.
