Nice to Haves: * System Knowledge: Working proficiency in Excel and Google Suite; experience with Dell Boomi or HCM, Payroll, and Time Management systems is preferred. ## Description As a Strategic Implementation Manager, you will be a pivotal member of our team, leading the deployment of our SaaS solution for our largest and most complex accounts. You will lead the technical integration between third-party vendors and DailyPay, managing the entire implementation lifecycle from pre-sales to go-live. Success in this role requires a blend of strong discovery skills, technical proficiency, and the confidence to navigate C-Suite relationships while balancing granular project details with the bigger picture., * Lead Strategic Integrations: Direct the technical aspects of DailyPay integrations for our most high-profile, strategic customers. * Execute Deep Discovery: Perform comprehensive discovery sessions and build robust documentation to capture complex implementation requirements. * Design Unique Technical Solutions: Conduct technical research to provide bespoke solutions for intricate and non-standard customer integrations. * Support Strategic Sales: Work hand-in-hand with the Sales team to assist with high-level pre-sales discussions and technical scoping. * Mitigate Complex Risks: Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks to ensure seamless delivery for high-stakes accounts. * Influence Product Development: Suggest new features and functionality based on implementation experience and direct feedback from our largest customers. * Master Internal Processes: Become a specialist in our product suite, configuration options, and internal workflows to ensure technical excellence. * Ensure Seamless Handoffs: Coordinate closely with Operations and Support teams to transition implementation details and nuances during the post-launch handoff., * Opportunity for equity ownership * Life and AD&D, short- and long-term disability * Employee Assistance Program * Employee Resource Groups * Fun company outings and events * Unlimited PTO * 401K with company match DailyPay is committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable culture of belonging, grounded in empathy and respect, which values openness to opinions, awareness of lived experiences, fair treatment and access for all.
