Level III- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Developer 2. 7 years of experience in utilizing a variety of technologies and frameworks to achieve project goals, adapting to new tools as necessary with hands-on experience in full stack development, using modern OO programming languages (.NET C# preferably) for Web Services, Database, or web application development. 3. Minimum of four years working in an Integrated Eligibility System Program in various workstreams including Fair Hearings in a Health and Human Service settings. . Preferred Qualifications: 1. 7 years of experience in developing and maintaining applications using distributed version control (e.g. Azure DevOps, Git, SonarQube) including experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery techniques 2. 5 years of experience developing with .NET Core, .NET 6, .NET 8. 3. 7 years of experience developing web applications utilizing MVC Patterns and Angular 4. 5 years of experience developing, building, and testing Java EE applications using modern IDE's. 5. 7 years of experience performing database operations, optimization, and maintenance using SQL Server and Oracle 6. 4 years of experience with Web APIs and JSON. ## Description Voyatek is seeking applicants to occupy the position of Level 3 Developer within our teamNYS Integrated Eligibility Systems located in Albany, NY (hybrid). This position is a 30 month contract. The mission of the Integrated Eligibility System (IES) is to enhance the well-being of New Yorkers by transforming health and human service delivery through coordinated business practices, modernized technology, and strategic partnerships. IES will provide eligibility, enrollment, case management, and payment functionality for Health and Human Service programs currently served by the Welfare Management System, Benefits Issuance Control System and other State systems. IES will build on the successful opening of the New York State of Health (NYSoH) by leveraging assets created for the health benefit exchange to modernize the eligibility system for health and human service programs., Responsibilities will include: * translation of the business requirement and use cases to develop enterprise applications and unit testing of same. * Work with the technical leads and architects to transform the high- and low-level system design into technical components. * Develop applications based on technical requirements, design & architecture principles & standards * Build reusable code and libraries for platform & shared services * Produce work products and applications that reflect and ensure system design and delivery are in line with business needs and project plan. * Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders * Other duties as assigned Consultants may be eligible to telecommute for more than 50% of their work hours, up to and including 100% remote work. Telecommuting arrangements require direct manager approval and are subject to change based on program needs.
