This position is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology initiatives that align with Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel's strategic goals. The IT Project Manager ensures the successful implementation of IT projects that enhance operational efficiency, foster innovation, and elevate the guest experience. This role oversees cross-functional teams, manages timelines, and ensures effective communication with stakeholders to deliver projects to the highest standards., * Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, on-time delivery, and budget adherence. Proactively address risks and ensure seamless execution of all IT projects. * Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project success, fostering collaboration and clear communication across technical teams, business units, and vendors. * Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, delivering regular project updates and ensuring alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables. * Quality Assurance and Compliance: Oversee testing, user training, and compliance to ensure IT solutions meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
