## About the Role

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
 * 5 -7 years of experience as Platform Architect, Solution Architect, or similar role in enterprise environments
 * Strong understanding of platform architecture principles, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native design
 * Experience in defining and implementing data strategies and data governance frameworks
 * Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, frameworks, and their application in enterprise platforms
 * Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
 * Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
 * Preferred

## Description

* Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-based platform solutions.
 * Translate business and data integration requirements into robust platform and integration architectures through cross-functional collaboration.
 * Define and enforce platform standards, governance, security, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance.
 * Oversee platform and system integrations to enable seamless connectivity and reliable data flow across applications and services.
 * Drive development of a Customer Support semantic layer for consistent, business-aligned data representation.
 * Lead enterprise data integration strategy, including standardized pipelines, ingestion, transformation, quality, and lineage.
 * Partner with PMO, security, compliance, and risk teams to align delivery with timelines, budgets, regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation.
 * Enable innovation by aligning platforms with business strategy, advancing AI/ML integration, improving time-to-market, and empowering data-driven decision-making.
