This leadership role will be responsible for driving the evolution of our SaaS platform while ensuring the stability, security, scalability, and performance of our solutions. Software Development & Product Delivery * Lead and mentor software engineering and technical teams. * Drive product development initiatives from concept through deployment. * Oversee application architecture, development methodologies, and release management. * Ensure timely delivery of software enhancements, integrations, and new features. * Champion Agile development principles and continuous improvement. * Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize development efforts and resource allocation. Cloud Infrastructure & Security * Oversee cloud infrastructure, application hosting environments, and system performance. * Ensure high levels of system availability, reliability, scalability, and disaster recovery preparedness. * Lead cybersecurity efforts, including risk management, compliance, vulnerability management, and security awareness. * Develop and enforce data protection and information security policies. * Monitor technology performance, uptime, and operational metrics.
