Education & Work Experience

 * Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
 * 8+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on front end development.

## Description

* Provide technical leadership for front end architecture, platform capabilities, and engineering best practices across web and mobile customer experiences.
 * Partner with engineering teams to evolve Angular-based applications, micro front end architecture, shared component libraries, and front end platform standards.
 * Design scalable, maintainable, and performant customer-facing web and mobile experiences.
 * Partner with product, UX, platform, and architecture teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
 * Drive observability improvements through client-side monitoring, logging, telemetry, and performance measurement across web and mobile applications.
 * Partner with analytics and business teams to implement tracking, tag management, experimentation, and customer journey measurement strategies.
 * Collaborate with platform and DevOps teams to improve release processes, deployment automation, and operational readiness.
 * Lead root-cause analysis and troubleshooting efforts for complex production issues impacting customer experiences.
 * Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns to support modernization initiatives.
 * Mentor engineers through design reviews, technical coaching, and architecture discussions.
 * Influence technical direction across teams and help establish standards that improve developer productivity, reliability, scalability, and customer experience.
 * Serve as a subject matter expert for front end technologies, digital customer experiences, and platform engineering practices.
