## Description

We are looking for an experienced IBM Cloud Program Manager to lead cloud transformation and infrastructure programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project delivery, and ensure successful implementation of IBM Cloud solutions., Lead end-to-end IBM Cloud migration, transformation, and infrastructure programs.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Coordinate with Cloud Architects, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, Application, and Business teams.
Manage IBM Cloud environments, migration initiatives, and modernization programs.
Develop project plans, schedules, status reports, RAID logs, and executive dashboards.
Track milestones, KPIs, SLAs, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Work with stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and program governance meetings.
Identify delivery risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
Ensure cloud security, compliance, governance, and operational requirements are met.
Communicate program status and key decisions to senior leadership.
