In this role, you'll take ownership of deployments and lifecycle management across corporate environments, contributing to the design, implementation, and optimization of modern LAN/WAN, wireless, and SD-WAN networks. You'll work alongside global IT and security teams to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performing infrastructure, while sharpening your troubleshooting skills across complex enterprise environments. Contribute to design and configure LAN/WAN infrastructure, wireless, and SD-WAN environments using Cisco Meraki and Cisco Catalyst. Support the growth and stabilization of network infrastructure, assisting with design, configuration, and rollout of new regional sites and integrations. Partner with global IT and cybersecurity teams to drive patch compliance, strengthen network security posture, and support infrastructure hardening initiatives. Configure, support, and maintain Zscaler ZIA/ZPA. Take ownership of complex troubleshooting through all layers of the OSI model, coordinating with ISPs and internal stakeholders to restore service quickly and accurately. Contribute to process improvement by recommending tooling, automation, and documentation enhancements to strengthen visibility and uptime across all environments.
