Knowledge and skills (e.g. demonstrated ability to work under pressure, or possesses good written and oral communication skills)

Minimum 1 year experience in Salesforce Service Cloud Administration and/or implementation preferredDeep understanding of Salesforce.com technical requirements, system configuration, user requirements and all related policies and proceduresExperience with customer reporting, modifying pages, views and dashboardsExperience with Force.com/VisualForce development platform considered an assetExperience working with workflows and triggers to automate tasksExperience creating custom objects and/or apex pages considered an assetAbility to work/meet deadlinesExcellent verbal and written skillsCreative thinker / problem solverStrong ability to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities, 201 Certification is mendatory

## Description

The Salesforce Service Cloud Administrator is primarily responsible for the configuration, operational support, administration and performance tracking for instance of Service Cloud. The Service Cloud administrator will work alongside their fellow Service Cloud administrators to understand and proactively monitor all aspects of the Service Cloud configuration. Where applicable and necessary, she/he will collaborate with internal/external Salesforce architects/ integrators/crowdsource solutions and/or other internal data/technical associates when the complexity of identified solutions warrants it.
